How does it work?
Club memberships are a convenient and money saving way to keep your car clean during every season. Choose your preferred package and pay a flat monthly fee to wash your vehicle as many times in a month as you'd like!
How do I sign up?
Sign up through our website by using the "manage my plan" button below or you can sign up in person at either of our 2 convenient locations.
How do I cancel my plan?
Our carwash memberships bill like a streaming video service --- just once a month and you can cancel anytime. Contact us by phone or through the Contact Us form on this website to cancel your membership.

Terms
Unlimited Wash Club Terms of Service
This membership is a monthly automatic charge on the numerical date in which the membership was signed up.
In the event the customer wishes to discontinue or manage the Unlimited Wash Club Membership, requests must be submitted online at www.ottoscarwash.com
Please allow a minimum of 7 days before the next billing date to process the cancellation of the membership.
In the event changes are made to the membership after the billing date, there will be no refunds for partial months or non-usage of an Unlimited Wash Club Membership.
Unlimited Wash Club customers must contact Otto's Car Wash to give notification when any contact or billing info changes, including but not limited to change of address, email or credit card information.
In the event our car wash is unable to charge a customer's credit card, due to card expiration or change of information, the customer's account will be automatically deactivated after the daily attempt to charge for up to 14 days.
Upon signup, you may be asked to provide personal identifiable information such as phone, email, full name, and address in addition to vehicle descriptions. This information allows us to properly administer services and will strictly be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is the customer's responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address on file with our car wash to receive any changes or updates to the Unlimited Wash Club Membership.
Unlimited Wash Club RFID tags remain the exclusive property of our car wash and must be surrendered upon request. If the Unlimited car wash RFID tag (sticker) is tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent with its Terms and Conditions, the program will be immediately voided, and all monies forfeited.
The Unlimited Wash Club program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts.
Otto's Car Wash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, or equipment failure.

FAMILY PLANS!
Do you have a special person in your life that you're looking to share your treasured wash plan with? Otto's offers a discount! Family Plans are a great way to show you care (and a great way to save money). Each additional vehicle is 1/2 OFF on any shared account!
To qualify for a family plan, all vehicles must be on the same form of payment and all vehicles must subscribe to the same wash package. For example: you have two vehicles in your family and you want to wash them frequently, both vehicles must be enrolled in the Ultimate Wash Package. You can't wash the Volvo on the Ultimate Wash Package and the Camry on the Express Wash. They're a family, so they both get the same wash.
